Legacy is an important mechanism for the growth and development of any foundation. The Steven M. Gootter Foundation has spent the last four years developing sponsorships to promote an endowment chair at the UA Sarver Heart Center in honor of Steve. The completion of the funds for this program will help to recruit/retain a top-notch faculty member and implement a program focused on sudden cardiac death. We are challenged now to have our loyal donors consider a legacy gift in his/her estate. The gift can be in the form of a bequest, a trust or a life insurance policy. Once the Legacy gift has been received the donor will become a part of a unique and extraordinary group. The gift will be recognized in many ways and will keep the research, education and training alive in perpetuity. For more information about completing a legacy gift, please call 520.615.6430.
